Mendham Township Library is pleased to offer access to the wealth of resources on the Internet. We would like to remind the users of this service that:
1. Some or all of the resources may be unavailable at any time for technical reasons over which the library has no control.
2. Library personnel have no control over the quality of information on the Internet. Each user must consider the validity and reliability of the information found.
3. Parents or guardians, NOT the library or its staff, are responsible for the internet information selected and/or accessed by their children. Some materials may be offensive, disturbing, and/or illegal. Library personnel does not monitor or supervise Internet access.
4. Library computers may not be used to access chat rooms.
5. Users must log off before leaving a computer.
6. The library reserves the right to end an Internet session.
7. Viewing certain materials in the Library and other uses of the internet may be considered improper in time, place, or manner. If patron behavior when using the internet resources becomes inappropriate for a library setting, the Library reserves the right to end the session at any time.
